Name a subject that the presidential candidates failed to address during the campaign this fall: Climate change? Fracking? The designated-hitter rule?

Yes, lots of subjects were left unaddressed. As co-chairman of the commission that sponsored the debates, I know the moderators did their best to focus on the issues foremost on Americans’ minds, but clearly not every subject made it into the 270 total minutes of debate.
