Updated Comment on Proposed Revisions to Categorical Eligibility Provisions in SNAP

On October 24th, 2019, First Focus on Children submitted the following updated comment opposing a proposed rule by the US Department of Agriculture that would result in 3.1 million individuals, the majority of whom live with children or are children themselves, losing eligibility for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
