On October 4, 2017, First Focus sent a letter to Professor Philip Alton, of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. First Focus outlines the state of child right and child poverty in the United States and provides several policy recommendations in light of Dr. Alton’s upcoming visit to the United States.
