Outreach, Enrollment and Retention

This brief is the third in a series exploring how lessons learned from the first three to five years of Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) implementation can inform ACA implementation. This brief examines state efforts to improve outreach to eligible children, simplify enrollment, and improve retention of covered children.
