On July 15th, women and children from around the country will gather in the nation’s capital to share their stories regarding the real-life impact of immigration enforcement policies on their families. In particular, policies that threaten the well-being of children and families like Arizona’s SB1070, 287(g) agreements and the Secure Communities program will be discussed. Testimonies will be provided by the American Psychological Association, Legal Momentum, and children from Arizona.
